Portland is an odd place. Around town we have roads that are near dirt status with more pot holes then what any hybrid can handle. Which means throughout Portland we have little horse rings still attached to the sidewalks from the good old days. A group from www.horseproject.net have been attaching horses to the rings for years. But not any horse, but TINY horses that you can get at dollar stores. On the website they talk about places you can see them, where they have been in the past, How to and theives. If you are around town look down when in SE or downtown. You might be suprised. You can find more at the flickr page for the horses.
